"HIGHLIGHT" is a three-piece art installation by Andrew Ramiro Tirado currently being installed on the South Plaza outside of Cox Business Convention Center (CBCC). The art represents Tulsa's past, present, and future, and the installation will be completed and unveiled in the beginning of May 2021.
