Most recently, CBCC has focused on our guests’ technical requirements by updating our internet network. Our robust network has been engineered to specifically fit the needs of a large public venue. Utilizing 2GB synchronous circuits, carrier-class routers, and an entirely new edge network we deliver superior network speeds and reliability. Our Wi-Fi network is designed to cover the entirety of our facility, while also supporting the high-density events our clients require.
Meet the CBCC AV/IT Team
Donald Prince, Director of Event AV Services/Technology
Donald Prince has 30 plus years of experience in Technical Services and Information Technology. He is new to CBCC, but has come from OKC Cox Convention Center, and Paycom Center, where he started out his Live Events career. His many titles have included: Technical Services Lead, Technical Supervisor, and Technical Services Manager.
Eric Kehr, Technical Services Sales Manager
Eric Kehr has 40+ years of technical industry experience. He has held a plethora of titles including: Lead Audio Technician, Master Electrician, Lead Camera Op & Lighting Tech, AV Technician, Tech Services Manager and Tech Services Sales Manager. Eric joined the CBCC team in 1999.
Jack Franklin, IT Manager
Jack Franklin has 8 years experience in the technical industry. His titles include: IT Support Analyst, IT Technician and IT Supervisor. He runs a team of 3 and has worked at CBCC since 2016.
Rick Dyer, Senior Production Manager
Rick Dyer has 6 years experience in the technical industry. Graduated with animation and video production degrees. He supervises an AV Tech team of 40+ and has worked at CBCC since 2018.
