The Avett Brothers / Arena / Mar. 2nd With their newest album, True Sadness, dominating the charts, The Avett Brothers bring their tour to the Cox Center Arena Friday, Mar. 2. 2018 Tulsa Gridiron/ Assembly Hall / Mar. 2rd – For eight decades, the Tulsa Gridiron Review has entertained audiences with its irreverent wit and whimsy. Blending musical parody with sharp dialogue, the Gridiron skewers newsmakers of all sorts: from local and state politicians to those in the international arena. The 2018 Tulsa Gridiron – Fallin’s Leaving or Tweeting Means Never Having to Say You’re Sorry – will provide scholarships for students seeking journalism and communication majors. Tulsa Cares “Red Ribbon Gala” / Ballroom / Mar. 3rd The Red Ribbon Gala serves as the largest fundraiser annually for Tulsa Cares. Tulsa Cares raises awareness and delivers social services to people affected by HIV and AIDS. Guests attending the Gala will participate in an interactive exhibit gallery, cocktails, dinner & dancing.
