The Catering Captain is a link from the Catering Manager to the Catering Staff. They should provide information as needed to help servers perform their duties. They are the supervisors helping the employee carry out proper service. This position assists the Catering Manager in overseeing and managing all catering functions for the ASM GLOBAL Tulsa facilities, off-site catering and other special occasions.
