The Guest Experience Coordinator will perform various duties in connection with scheduled events. The Guest Experience Coordinator will also take on supervisory duties, including staff supervision, planning, assigning and directing work of Guest Services Attendants. Duties will vary between facility and events.
Under general supervision, performs work as needed to clean, maintain and prepare for events at the facility. Duties include skilled and semi-skilled tasks, which often require heavy lifting and a high degree of physical exertion.
This is a hands-on position assisting the Sous Chef and Executive Chef with the preparation of food for events by following approved recipes and maintaining the highest production standards.
Set up and service individual beverage locations. Follow bar procedures, rules and regulations which apply to the beverage operations and to SMG Food and Beverage Division.
The Painter Assistant performs mixing, matching and applying paint to various surfaces, completing touchups and providing other operational tasks as directed and needed.
