Cox Business Convention Center (CBCC) has added a new service and created studio production packages to help clients temporarily shift gears into online events. The CBCC Video Production Studio is now available for booking and the studio is located in LEGACY Hall (formerly Assembly Hall). The studio packages provide lights, stage dressing, audio and video, and the ASM Tulsa / CBCC Technical Services team (Technical Director, Audio Operator, Camera Operators). The studio was created to help clients create a program feed recording and the packages provides raw, un-edited footage on an external hard drive. Additional equipment, labor, and other services are available for an additional fee. The four-hour package is $2,500.00 and the eight-hour package is $4,000.00. CBCC is an ASM Global venue and adheres to “VenueShield” – an advanced environmental hygiene and operational protocol developed for more than 325 ASM facilities around the world. All protocols are aligned with public health authorities, medical and industry experts. VenueShield reduces physical touch points, increases venue sanitation and cleanliness, and provides health monitoring guidelines and services. CBCC is owned by the City of Tulsa and also adheres to all city protocols while continuing to work closely with city partners in recovery.

·         Everyone is required to wear a face covering at all times while entering and while inside the venue. CBCC staff encourages all attendees to wear masks at all times, and signage around the venue reinforces this message.

·         Social distancing is promoted to the best extend possible in all areas.

·         Signage related to physical distancing, avoiding touching one’s face, wearing a face covering, and signage encouraging frequently sanitizing and washing hands can be found throughout the venue.

·         Hand sanitizing stations are placed throughout the facility.
