Managed by the industry-leading SMG.

At Cox Center Tulsa, we believe it’s our job to Inspire our Community, and “SMG ROCKS” is our volunteer staff committee focused on community service projects. Over 85% of staff participate all year long in a variety of community service events.

SMG strives to be a leader in both the entertainment industry and in our community.

Our mission is to contribute to the quality of life in Oklahoma and create a lasting impact through community service and charitable giving. SMG Tulsa employees provide school supplies to Oklahoma teachers, provide food to local food banks, and contribute donations and time to numerous community service organizations (just a few of the organizations are listed below).

Earth Day

Earth Day –  Cox Center Tulsa introduces new environmental initiatives each year. For Earth Day 2015, we forged a partnership with the Tulsa Farmers’ Market Association and agreed to donate $10 for each facility rental to the Tulsa Farmers’ Market ‘Double Up Bucks’ program. The program, aimed at reaching Tulsans in need, gives Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) recipients a match up to $20 at each market visit for any fresh Oklahoma-grown fruits and vegetables. For Earth Day 2016, we implemented three initiatives: new Oklahoma-focused landscaping; year-long donations to Tulsa Farmers’ Market Association charitable programs; and ‘A Day of Dimming’ to conserve energy.
